Why it matters

Using AI is part of the job.
Using it well is a skill.

Anyone can open an AI assistant. The difference is judgement: what you ask it, what you trust, and what you choose to send. The exam measures that, and a credential proves it.

  1. 01

    See where you stand

Two tasks, six rated areas, three for the value you get from the assistant and three for the control you keep.

  2. 02

    Practise what to improve

Free practice tasks with a coach who tells you what to change. Nothing you practise counts towards an exam.

  3. 03

    Prove it with a credential

Pass a paid exam and earn a credential with a verification page an employer can open.

Your result

Know your strengths.
See your next step.

Your result rates six areas of applying AI and explains each rating in plain words. You see what worked, what to change, and what to practise next.

You get feedback whether you pass or not. Pass, and you earn your Foundations badge.

Credentials

Show employers
what you can do.

When you are ready for more, take a paid exam for one skill you use every week, or for your everyday work with AI.

Every credential has a verification page. An employer opens it and sees the record, not a claim.

  • What you earned
  • Who issued it
  • Whether it is still valid

The SIAA Standard

A clear standard.
People behind it.

Every exam is marked against the SIAA Standard: the skills of applying AI at work, across ten work areas, reviewed by the Institute’s Academic Board.

Practice

Your work will evolve.
Your skills can, too.

Come back to practice whenever a task changes. Work through an exercise with the assistant, read the coach’s notes, and take what you learn into your next attempt.

Do I need experience with AI?

No. The free exam gives you a work task and an AI assistant, and you decide what to send. If you want to warm up first, practice is free.

What does the free exam include?

Two real tasks with an AI assistant, then a few decisions. You get a rating for each of six areas, notes on your work, and a Foundations badge if you pass. No card and no account to start.

What if I do not pass?

You still get your ratings and the notes. Practice is free, and you can take the free exam again the next day. Paid exams have their own retake terms.

How can I share my achievement?

Every badge and credential has a verification page. Share the link, or add it to LinkedIn in one step.

How do I keep my skills relevant?

Practice stays free as your work changes. Each credential says how long it is valid and how to renew, so an employer knows when you proved it.

Your next step

Know where you stand.
Decide what comes next.

Get feedback on your work and earn your Foundations badge when you pass.
