The Standard · Function
Operations and Administration
The Standard names 12 skills in Operations and Administration. You can be examined on one of them, or on the function as a whole.
A badge names one skill: “Applied AI Badge: Workflow & Process Improvement”. The two titles name the function: “Applied AI Specialist (Operations and Administration)”. Learn either any way you like; no book or course is required.
